THE BRIEF
Mood Living approached Digital Ethos to increase their online revenue and increase brand awareness. Their main source of revenue was through Amazon, the website was lacking a well-designed checkout process and was not receiving any traffic. Considering a much better margin on the website, the priority was to get it to the position where it started generating more revenue.
Amazon, still being the most profitable channel, was also important to optimise as the ACOS (advertising cost of sale) has been rising month to month.
We redesigned Mood Living’s website with a focus on the user experience. We made it easier and quicker for the visitor to find what they were looking for whilst improving the presentation of the products throughout the website. The checkout is also a lot slicker and intuitive, increasing conversions and generating more sales.
OUR APPROACH
Digital Ethos started by conducting a competitor audit and a full technical audit of the website. By reviewing the competitor data and fixing technical issues, we were able to decide on the best keywords and strategy moving forward. Competitive, product-based keywords have been moved by even 70 positions during the first 6 months of the campaign.
We also created a PPC & Shopping campaign to drive sales, through different channels, with the return of ad spend of 260%.
