The Belfield Group.

The Belfield Group were looking for marketing experts to become an extension of their marketing team and help them move to the next level. Read on to see how we built our relationship with success in mind.

The Client.

Belfield is a ‘white label’ and branded manufacturer that designs and manufactures many of the sofas, armchairs, mattresses and bedding systems sold by the UK’s largest retailers. They also dominate the leisure market, making soft furnishings, curtains and beds for caravans, motorhomes and lodges sold by the UK’s largest leisure retailers, caravan parks and holiday villages.

The Challenge.

The Belfield Group were looking for strategic marketing partners to support across all elements of their marketing mix. They wanted a partner that could cover everything from strategy and design to communications and branding across both digital and traditional channels across their five brands: Westbridge, Tetrad, Belfield Home, Belfield Leisure and Usleep.


Our Approach.

Firstly, we explored new creative and branding. We developed full brand guidelines to not only ensure an ownable ‘look and feel’ for the Group itself and for each of the brands within their portfolio but also to create consistency across the Group. These guidelines have been used for all communication, both internal and external, both consumer and trade.

Once we had established this new creative direction, we turned our attention to their website. We developed the new ‘Belfield Group’ website incorporating the new strategic direction of the business and the new branding. This website is the ‘hub’ for the Group, giving a stylish home for all the brands within their portfolio. We are also working across their brands from a digital perspective.

The Results.

The team were extremely happy with the creative direction and the new website we launched. As such, we continue to work with the Belfield Group and feel very much a part of their team. We remain involved in all elements of their marketing mix, providing strategic marketing guidance to help the business continue to dominate their market.
