The Client.

Biossance is a clean beauty cosmetics brand which has access to the Salesforce Marketing Cloud tools and had the need to classify their users more effectively.

The Challenge.

Biossance needed to analyse and identify different behaviour profiles within the their ecosystem, and build an action plan to accommodate consumer’s habits. We had to consider the context and format of each campaign to truly drive effective results. 



Our Approach.

We mapped the entire customer base using the RFV model (Recency, Frequency, and Value), and then divided them into about 10 profiles. We then built an algorithm to classify users from the RFV modelling perspective, which we achieved by integrating their CRM operations with data analysis. 

By applying data science and classifying users to this level we were able to map out the most relevant users’ states and build a targeted action plan for each user.
