Usercentrics.
Usercentrics wanted us to manage and grow their organic social channels. Discover how we did it.
The Client.
Usercentrics is a global market leader in the field of Consent Management Platforms (CMP). They enable businesses to collect, manage and document user consents on websites and apps in order to achieve full compliance with global privacy regulations.
The Challenge.
Usercentrics asked us to manage their social media ecosystem. This meant working with various departments to help develop a content strategy for LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram and Google. We were tasked to support with monitoring the channels and relaying our findings and insights on a weekly basis.
Our Approach.
We implemented a new social media strategy, which removed the need to manually posting content, by introducing a social media management tool, Sprout Social. Alongside this we helped every department at Usercentrics get the best out of social by optimising the execution. We did this by using more of a social native language across posts. This cultural change ensured all business messages were rich, fresh, engaging and published in right the format/context.
