At the beginning of the year, Digital Ethos was selected as one of a small group of local companies eligible for the Government’s Kickstart Scheme, an initiative helping to create jobs for young people aged 16-24 years old.
Luke Tobin, Managing Director at Digital Ethos, says “It’s a real honour to be able to support young people in their return to work, as well as helping to boost learning, the economy and bring in new talent to our industry.”
We have since been able to create five roles for the Kickstart Scheme, with one still yet to be filled.
Charlie Pickering, Research and Data Analyst, says: “Joining Digital Ethos through the Kickstart Scheme has helped me to learn new skills at a dynamic company in an innovative sector. After all the uncertainty of the pandemic, it’s been a great start at Digital Ethos in the strategy team and I feel much more confident about my career going forward.”
Stas Pamintuan, Digital Marketing Executive, also said: “I’m excited to say that the Kickstart Scheme has given me the opportunity to develop my skills in a unique environment with such a progressive company. It’s definitely given me the confidence in advancing in my career.”
Tarnjeet Johal, Junior Creative Content Executive, said: “The Kickstart Scheme has allowed me to find a focus in my career, with a rapidly growing team who have diverse skill sets. In the three weeks since I have started, I have been able to produce and write creative content for many clients and increase my knowledge in SEO.”
Sam Shelton, Social Media Executive, added: “The Kickstart Scheme dared me to be great and the team at Digital Ethos assured it. The creativity is contagious.”
Luke Tobin also adds: “I’m delighted to welcome so many new faces to the team at Digital Ethos and it’s exciting to see the range of skills our Kickstarters are bringing on board.”
