I am passionate about CRM with 10 years of experience working in agency and In-house marketing teams. I believe that with the combination of creativity, analytics and consumer data, CRM is one of the most powerful & underrated marketing tools. I enjoy CRM as it stimulates both my creative and analytical sides. Outside of work, I love spending quality time with my family and friends, especially my nieces and nephews.
