Analysis
We first start by analysing your online reputation across all corners of
the web. We look at how you are rated across all review platforms, from generic review websites such as Google, to industry-specific ones such as Trip Advisor. We will also look at your social media reputation & presence to understand how we can improve from an engagement standpoint. Furthermore, we will also do a deep search of the web to see if there are any articles/blogs/content that might be causing reputational damage to your brand. Not only will we focus on negative content, but we’ll also seek positive content that might not have been utilised.
