Open House first approached Digital Ethos for online marketing support across multiple channels. The client needed to generate more online enquiries through their website, but to do so, they needed to gain further online exposure, particularly in and around Leicester.
The team at Digital Ethos suggested a multifaceted approach to Open House’ digital marketing, utilising both SEO and Social Media. We created a local SEO strategy to target ‘Leicester’ keyword variations; firstly optimising on-site and creating content, then building the domain authority and shifting things off-site.
Open House’ social media strategy was to a) build brand awareness and b) drive relevant traffic to the website. Our Leicester paid media specialists executed this across paid search channels and through organic social media campaigns.
Our organic approach was to create newsworthy social media posts of genuine interest to our target personas, as well as promoting blog content that directed visitors to the website. Moreover, the paid campaign focussed on reaching a larger audience that were not yet aware of Open House, directing them to something of use, either a free tool or resource.
We continue to act as Open House’ digital consultants for Leicester, testing out other digital channels to support their growth.
