Kids planet were looking for a new digital agency to help them design & develop a beautiful new website.

The Client.

Established in 2008, Kids Planet is a family-owned, award-winning group of nurseries positioned around the UK. It was born from the owner’s experience of struggling to find childcare to suit her busy schedule. They are now responsible for 108 nurseries along with the care and education of over 11,500 children.

The Challenge.

Kids planet was looking for a marketing agency to support them with the development and design of both a new core website and their training academy. This involved a creative overhaul as well as the addition of enhanced website functionality and of course an excellent user experience

Our Approach.

The first thing we looked into was working very closely with the team at Kids Planet to ensure their new ‘look and feel’ was successfully implemented from a creative perspective. It was crucial to get this correct and these assets were to be used beyond just digital applications on to their non-digital channels as well, ensuring a consistent marketing message.

Once the designs had been successful, we moved on to development. We worked on a plethora of new features and functionality to ensure not only an excellent consumer journey but also an increase in organic traffic. These features included new postcode finders, ‘The Story of Kids Planet’, inspiration sections, and Forest School features among many others. This all seamlessly integrates into the new Kids Planet Training Academy which was a key objective of the project.

The Results.

The team at Kids Planet were thrilled with the outcome. The features and functionality we added ensured a much-enhanced consumer journey.

The traffic to the website has not only increased significantly, but the quality of the traffic has also improved through strong conversion completion.

We continue to work with Kids Planet, most recently working with them to build a bespoke intranet website.
