The Client.

Hermes Dental Clinic, a successful Dental Clinic in London, first approached Digital Ethos for digital marketing support as the business had seen a dramatic drop in enquiries.

The Challenge.

Hermes then approached DE to design and build a new website to enhance their customers digital experience.

With fierce competition in central London, Hermes Dental Clinic were keen to re—gain their brand exposure and get the phone ringing again.

The Approach.

Digital Ethos carried out a full analysis of the business and website audit, consulting on how to best gain brand exposure. The dedicated Digital Marketing Consultants created an in-depth resource file that advised on best practice changes, to both on-site and off-site search engine optimisation strategies.

It is important for Hermes Dental Clinic to be visible locally, so optimising their Google My Business was one of the first tasks. This consisted of adding services, correct opening times, images, videos and organic posts.

Due to a lack of technical optimisation, the website needed some urgent TLC. Our technical team amended the custom coded website, inputting new metadata into the top performing pages.

In order to promote the brand ethos and gain brand recognition, our digital marketing team advised Hermes Dental Clinic to begin a social media campaign. With regular posts and audience interaction, the social media campaign, although extremely niche, is performing amazingly.

We took their existing content and redesigned and built a new WordPress website that was easier to use, mobile responsive and modern. Using slick design elements and research based layouts massively improved the user experience and made it easier to make contact through a number of different ways giving the user choice.

We continue to work with Hermes Dental Clinic to make amendments to the on-site content to further embed their keywords throughout the body of the website. Having made some technical changes to their website, the health of the overall site has increased by 15% in the first 4 weeks.
