Pak Travels.

The Client.

Birmingham-based Pak Travels approached Digital Ethos to increase online and phone call enquiries. The national travel company wanted to promote some new offers and services through organic SEO and paid channels.

The Challenge.

Their website enquiries were reducing and they wanted to gain more exposure on search engines as well as across social media platforms. Their brand name ‘Pak Travels’ was already well known in their local areas, they wanted to target those users who weren’t yet aware of the brand.

The Approach.

We suggested an integrated approach to digital marketing, utilising multiple channels to reach their audience. We created a paid google search campaign to gain instant exposure on their newly promoted services. This not only supported their objective of gaining more website traffic, it also increased phone call enquiries and bookings.

We supported the paid google campaign with an intense national SEO campaign. We targeted competitive travels search terms across the UK, as well as airline related keywords. Creating blogs around relevant question based search terms allowed Pak Travels to support their customers on their user journey as well as increasing traffic.

The social media team at Digital Ethos created both organic and paid campaigns to support Pak travels new service offerings, targeting niche audiences and reducing the cost per lead. We continue to work with Pak Travels on organic and paid marketing.
