We’re thrilled to announce that Digital Ethos is joining forces with Cadastra, a global company that blends digital marketing services, consulting and technology.
The move is part of our commitment to relentlessly drive success for its clients by providing the highest quality strategic counsel coupled with world-class execution.
Creating the agency of the future
Cadastra is a pioneer of digital marketing with a fully integrated suite of best in class MarTech capabilities. They established their operation in Brazil before expanding across Latin America with offices in Argentina, Colombia and Mexico. Their catalog of clients includes globally recognised brands, including Carrefour, Allied, Crocs, Coppel, and KPMG.
Following their success in The Americas they turned their growth plans to Europe, and were looking for a strategic partner that had a similar ambition for growth and could support them in achieving their goals for growth, and strengthen their offering in Europe. As a leading UK agency, who has experience year on year growth since 2016, the opportunity of combining with Digital Ethos was explored.
As this opportunity was further looked into, we discovered we had a number of similarities. We share the same culture and the urgency to deliver value. It soon became clear that the coming together of Cadastra and Digital Ethos would provide fantastic opportunities for both parties.
The merger of Digital Ethos and Cadastra will see the team grow to more than 700 professionals with complementary skills and expertise across marketing and operating in five countries. Our joint teams will be able to help our clients create change that matters—strategic transformation enabled by technology and sustained through capabilities. Digital Ethos will continue to build businesses by bringing innovative Martech and Analytics tools, integrated solutions, new services, and a team with global experience and fresh perspective.
Transforming potential into performance
Digital Ethos helps businesses thrive by bringing together the capabilities needed to help organisations grow in the digital age. Today, leveraging Cadastra’s provision of tools, methods, and resources along with consulting and tech services, we will be able to expand our capacity and offering. This intern will allow us to deliver even greater results for your business.
“I am extremely excited to continue to drive the business forward as CEO and work in a unified and global business. Our collaborative partnership with Cadastra brings together the best of our cultures and experiences to scale our digital marketing strategies.”
