Since its inception in 2017, with its headquarters in Leicester, Digital Ethos has consistently demonstrated excellence, securing its reputation as an award-winning agency that propels businesses to greater heights.

Purpose of the Role

We’re on the hunt for an exceptional individual to drive the marketing ambitions of Cadastra. As we set our sights on expansion and growth in the UK and Europe, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping our journey. In this capacity, you’ll report directly to Gustavo Bacchin, one of the founders of Cadastra, and Luke Tobin, the visionary behind Digital Ethos.

As the Marketing Manager, you will spearhead Cadastra’s marketing initiatives, crafting and implementing potent marketing strategies that bolster brand visibility, foster growth, and solidify our position as a leader in the industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategy Development: Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive marketing strategies.
  • Team Leadership: Provide guidance, mentorship, and management to a team of marketing professionals.
  • Marketing Expertise: Bring a minimum of 5 years of experience in building and executing marketing plans.
  • Industry Awareness: Stay abreast of industry trends and regulations to maintain competitive advantage.
  • Budget Management: Efficiently allocate and manage budgets and resources to ensure maximum effectiveness.
  • Competitive Analysis: Deliver valuable insights from regular competitor analysis and benchmarking.
  • Campaign Management: Demonstrate expertise in executing campaigns for lead generation and brand awareness.
  •  CRM Strategy: Oversee and manage a comprehensive CRM strategy to enhance customer relationships.
  • Digital Optimisation: Collaborate with the team and suppliers for the ongoing enhancement and optimisation of our website and social media channels.
  • Industry Awards: Identify and map out relevant industry awards, and spearhead the submission of compelling case studies.
  • Networking: Establish and nurture relationships with leading industry publications and publishers.
  • Content Distribution: Distribute high-quality content to pertinent industry publications, encompassing thought leadership content and PR.
  • Content Leadership: Design a content calendar, and guide our content writing and creative team in its execution.
  • Team Building: Build and manage a team to assist in delivering our ambitious marketing plan.
  • Paid Advertising Strategy: Strategising and managing paid advertising campaigns, including search engine marketing (SEM), display advertising, and social media advertising, to maximise reach and ROI with the ability to develop and manage budgets.

Your Skills and Experience

  • HubSpot: Experience working with and maximising the utility of HubSpot or similar (not essential).
  • Event Leadership: Demonstrated ability to run and lead real-life events, from planning to execution, ensuring they align with Cadastra’s business values and objectives (not essential).
  • Digital Acumen: A profound understanding of current digital and social trends.
  • Data Analysis: Proficiency in data analytics and dashboard utilisation.
  • Digital Campaign Management: Expertise in managing comprehensive digital campaigns across Search, Social, SEO, and CRM.
  • Paid Advertising Expertise: Knowledge in managing paid advertising campaigns across various platforms, with a central emphasis on achieving measurable results.
  • Project Management: Strong project management skills to oversee multiple projects seamlessly.
  • Content Design & Scheduling: Proficient in designing and scheduling content across social media and CRM platforms, ensuring consistency and relevance in brand messaging.
  • CMS Management: Comfortable with managing Content Management System (CMS) platforms, ensuring smooth content updates and integrations.
  • AI in Marketing: Knowledge and experience in utilising Artificial Intelligence within marketing to enhance data-driven decision-making, content generation and overall campaign effectiveness (not essential).
  • Communication: Excellent communication skills that foster robust internal and external relationships.
  • Organisation: Superior organisational capabilities to manage and prioritise multiple projects.
  • Dynamic Approach: A dynamic, outcome-oriented professional with meticulous attention to detail and a knack for bringing ideas and objectives to fruition.
  • Grammar: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Qualifications

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. An MBA or other advanced degree is a plus.
Experience: A minimum of 5-7 years of professional marketing experience with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
