Working closely with our Head of Content & Creative, you’ll support our growing creative content team, leading on client strategies and supporting more junior members of staff with their development.


  • Creating our client’s tone of voice through content
  • Formulate and implement a comprehensive content strategy that aligns with the brand vision and business goals
  • Maintain consistency in style, quality, and tone of voice across all content while optimising it for search engine visibility and user experience
  • Utilise marketing technology tools to measure and analyse content performance, extracting valuable insights to refine and enhance our strategies
  • Utilise data-driven insights to shape the content marketing strategy, identifying relevant themes and topics that resonate with our target audience
  • Establish best practices for content creation, distribution, maintenance, and repurposing, maximising the impact of our efforts
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and content marketing best practices, bringing fresh ideas and innovative approaches to the team
  • Edit and proofread content to uphold the highest editorial standards, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and consistency

What we’ll expect from you

  • Demonstrated success in producing impactful content that drives engagement and supports business objectives
  • Proficiency in writing, editing, and proofreading, with exceptional attention to detail
  • Experience working with various content formats, including video, podcasts, webinars, infographics, and written content
  • Sound knowledge of social media best practices and the ability to bring content ideas to life across different social channels
  • Data-driven mindset, utilising analytics to measure content effectiveness while maintaining creativity
  • Familiarity with SEO best practices and the skill to incorporate them into content strategies
  • Minimum 3 years experience within a similar role
  • Bachelor’s degree in Journalism, Communications, Marketing, or a related field
